Vinings Lofts and Apartments Frequently Asked Questions

Vinings Lofts and Apartments is pet friendly. We welcome cats and dogs with a limit of two pets allowed per apartment home. We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our community’s location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.
 

• Pet Rent is $10 per pet, per month.
• The one-time Pet Fee is $400 per pet, which includes $50 for Poo Prints DNA testing.

We offer 4-14 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.
 

We offer parking spaces for $15/month for the first vehicle. Additional vehicles are $45/month. There is also a one-time $20 parking pass activation fee.
 

Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the option to connect your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or you may upload recent alternate documents for validation. Manual validation may be required at which time documentation may be shared with a third-party vendor for authenticity verification.

Examples of documentation you may provide manually include but are not limited to:

- Housing allowance documentation
- 2 recent, bank account statements
- Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
- Tax forms
- Proof of assets

Vinings Lofts and Apartments is zoned to Cobb County School District which includes the schools listed below.

We have six electric vehicle charging stations for resident use. Three of the chargers are universal chargers for all electric vehicles and three of the chargers are Tesla Destination Chargers. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.

We offer storage units for $25-$100/month, pricing varies by size listed below..
